InviteMySponsors collects the following information during registration and profile setup:

1. For Event Organizers: Full name, valid email address, mobile number, event name, budget, event venue, event format, event banner, and other event-related details at the time of registering event.
2. For Sponsors: Full name, valid email address, brand name, brand logo, event city of interest, event type of interest, and sponsorship budget.

Only email IDs are shared with the respective parties during email conversations initiated via the platform. No additional personal information is disclosed.

Users can initiate email conversations through the platform. At present, replies to emails must occur outside the platform, as direct reply functionality within the platform is not available. No other means of contact between users is facilitated by the platform.

The platform currently operates as a free trial, allowing users to register profiles and connect via email without any payment. A subscription model for paid services may be introduced in the future.

InviteMySponsors is not liable for:

1. Any disputes arising between users.
2. Loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from platform usage.
3. Accuracy or reliability of user-provided information.

The platform does not independently verify the accuracy of user-provided information, such as event details or sponsorship agreements. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the data they provide.
