- Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Registration and Use of Services
- Registration requires only a full name and valid email address.
- Event organizers must provide details such as event name, mobile number, budget, event venue, event format, event banner, and other event-related details at the time of registering event.
- Sponsors must provide brand name, brand logo, event city of interest, event type of interest, and sponsorship budget.
- The platform matches users based on common criteria for facilitating connections.
- Communication Between Users
- Users can initiate email conversations via the platform.
- Replies to emails must be handled outside the platform, as in-platform email responses are not supported.
- No other means of communication between users are currently available.
- Free Trial and Subscription
- The platform is free to use during the Free Trial Period. After the trial, both event managers and sponsors must subscribe to continue using the services.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific terms.
- Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time, but access to services will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
- User Conduct
- Use the platform solely for lawful purposes.
- Avoid posting content that is defamatory, offensive, infringing on third-party rights, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or illegal material.
- Not engage in spamming, phishing, or any other harmful activities.
- Data Sharing and Privacy
- Only email addresses and name will be shared between event organizers and sponsors during email conversations.
- No other personal information will be disclosed unless explicitly agreed upon by the parties involved.
- Account Management
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Any unauthorized activity on an account must be reported immediately.
- Limitation of Liability
- Any disputes or disagreements between users.
- Loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use of the platform.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kolkata, in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The platform facilitates connections between event managers and sponsors but does not guarantee successful outcomes. InviteMySponsors is not liable for:
Users grant the platform a limited license to use any user-uploaded content for operational purposes. Users retain ownership of their intellectual property.
The platform reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice.
InviteMySponsors is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or cyberattacks
